Refund policy

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will get you a replacement or store credit if replacement is unavailable. Please provide your order number and name to our email (melissa@southernbelleboutique.net)

*Orders returned to sender due to customer address error will be re-charged the shipping rate. Please double check your cart and shipping address when ordering. Orders are unable to be modified or cancelled once placed.

Once your order has been shipped, it is out of my control. If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays you will need to contact USPS so they can best serve you. We ARE NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
