**PREORDERS = items under the preorder tab & READY TO SHIP = items NOT under the preorder tab**

Ready to ship items will ship within 1-2 business days* after your order is placed. Preorders will ship in approximately 1-2 weeks after ordering. If you order preorders and ready to ship items together, your order will not ship until the preorders are ready. If you need ready to ship items quicker, please place separate orders. 

*Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays.

If order says "delivered" by carrier there is NOTHING SBB is responsible for or can do, you must work with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages you must work with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for any international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.

Orders returned to sender due to customer address error will be re-charged the shipping rate. Please double check your cart and shipping address when ordering. 

Orders are unable to be modified or cancelled once placed.
